                                               Above is the 2009 Festival of Lights Queen and her court.  From left                                                                                                are first runner-up Rebecca Britton, queen, Jessica Stake, and second                                                                                            runner-up Laura Stear.  The queen and her court will ride in the FOL                                                                                            parade.  The queen will preside over FOL events as well as 2010 events.
